Introduction

This notice describes the personal data processed by this website. No analytics or marketing trackers are currently used.

Information Processed

This website processes the following data:

• Discord profile information used for sign-in and profile display, plus OAuth account data managed by Better Auth and stored in the server-side Neon PostgreSQL database.
• Guestbook entries, including name, message and, where applicable, Discord profile information. Approved entries remain public; when an account is deleted, they are anonymized and pending entries are removed.
• Contact form details (name, email address, subject and message), forwarded to my inbox through Spaceship Mail. No fixed retention period for these emails has been specified.
• First-party cookies for Discord sign-in/session management and language preference. No analytics or marketing cookies are used.

How Your Information Is Used

Data is used for sign-in, displaying profiles and guestbook entries, and responding to contact requests.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You can delete individual guestbook entries or request account deletion from your profile. After confirmation through a link sent to the email address linked to Discord, profile, OAuth and session data are deleted; approved entries remain visible anonymously. If the Discord deauthorization webhook is configured for this app, deauthorization is processed as well. Without that webhook, revoking access alone does not automatically delete stored website data.
